Salisbury Steak

 
I love the flavor of this Salisbury Steak. This is best when served with Mashed Potatoes and your favorite Brown Gravy.
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 Small Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs (we use Italian Seasoned for extra flavor!)
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Hamburger (the leaner, the better!)
  • 1/2 Cup Flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven (Broil).
  2. In a bowl, combine Onion, Garlic, Bread Crumbs, Milk, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt & Pepper.
  3. Add Hamburger and mix well.
  4. Form into 4 Patties, about 1 inch thick.
  5. Place Flour on a plate and cover the Patties with Flower, shaking off the excess.
  6. Broil for about 5 minutes, turn Patties over, and broil for another 5 minutes, or until patties are done. (Any juices should run clear)
